Our Small Business Promise
As a small independent business, every order is carefully prepared. If something isn't right, we will always do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within:
- 14 days of delivery (UK customers)
- 30 days of delivery (International customers)
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
- You must contact us before sending anything back
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by UK law.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Because all our items are handmade, customised, or made especially for you:
- Personalised, bespoke, or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Jewellery & Hygiene Items
For hygiene reasons:
- Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewellery cannot be returned once opened or worn, unless faulty.
How to Request a Return

- Wait for return instructions before sending the item
We are not responsible for items returned without prior approval.
We strongly recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges:
- If the item is faulty
- If the wrong item was sent
- If a size exchange is requested (subject to availability)
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
If confirmed faulty, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a full refund
We cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed faults.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions if returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
International Orders
For international customers:
- Return shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for ensuring that returned items clear customs correctly.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
Your Legal Rights (UK Customers)
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
